It's been a while since I've updated this journal. Too much has happened and I'm not in the mood for a lengthy update, so here's some buzzwords.

Moved family from North of Boston to Los Angeles.

Had one of my photos in a gallery show in New York City.

Finally, started eating meat again after about a year off. Doing it much smarter this time around, and I'm still losing/maintaining weight.

California is awesome.

Love,

- -Scott

My new humor based film blog where I watch and review the first 10 minutes of a movie and then proceed to finish writing the movie myself. This all started out as a simple writing exercise, preferably it won't end with me facedown in a pool of my own blood.

I don't know what it is, but I just feel this need to create lately. I don't want to create crap, but at the same time I know I'm no where near the level of drawing or writing that I need to be in order to pull that off. But all the same, I do understand I can't get to the good stuff, till I get through the bad stuff. So no more being a wuss about it. I just need to do it, and eventually the shit will start turning to gold. I obviously have been given a talent, and I think to ignore it for the simple fact that its not aesthetically pleasing to my own eyes would be to deny my creator the gift he's given me.

Basically since I've had a kid a lot of stuff on how I look at myself has changed.

Will I ever "make it" as a writer or visual artist? I don't know, but you know what, I'm going to be doing both for the rest of my life anyway, so don't worry about it being good, just make sure it comes into existence in the first place. There's plenty of works by people who have "made it" and I don't particularly like them, but lots of other people do. Do the work for the enjoyment of holding a completed thing in your hands. Enjoy life, and what you do within the confines OF that life. You only have so much time to do anything. And at the end of it you're really only judged on how well you treated those around you, so why rush anything. Don't make the fast food equivalent of something pretty to stare at or read. Make something substantial that leaves viewers or readers changed after.

Uh Oh! It's happened again. Someone forgot to lock the computer room and Scott St.Pierre squeezes out another hit with "H3110." (pronounced Aych-three-one...just kidding. Pronounced, Hello!) The warming tale of our new friend Miles Stoww, a lonely state worker who finds companionship of the store bought variety.
While we're not arguing with the time tested slogan that money can't buy you love, we will argue that in Miles' case, money can buy you a special sexy someone who will overload you with happiness.
Will his companion's attention be diverted elsewhere? Will she spend all his savings? Gosh, how many pairs of shoes does an artificial dame need? Give "H3110" a read and find out today!!

Already had one successful order go through as well.

Paypal is working, but wow, do they take a lot from each transaction.

Also, I'll be at the Wild Pig Convention on May 15th and 16th in Springfield, NJ. Look it up. Ha!

Just letting my customers and friends know the store is down. I switched web hosts last night and as my father in law always says, "Propper Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance." Yes, we're in the midst of piss poor performance. I'll give a shout out once all is back.

I may actually wait a couple days, as there is a big updated feature that will completely overhaul the shopping cart software. Again, I'll let you all know. Thanks for your patience. and as always, if you really need a deal on something, Copics, Microns, Primsa's Anything like that, send me a note and I'll send you a great price.

Thanks!

Don't forget to check out all the great artwork at the DA group tentonstudios.deviantart.com/ and check out www.tentonstudios.com/forum to chat with all the great talent over there and enter the weekly sketch challenge and vote!

Again, I primarily push myself as a writer these day, but after taking 2 years off from drawing pretty much anything at all, I decided in Feb to relearn how to draw and hopefully I do something right this time.
